Prior to be a postgraduate student, Okky has been working in Jakarta, Indonesia, in Kompas TV as a news reporter.
previously she also worked in Celebes TV in Makassar, South Sulawesi, ID as a news presenter and producer.

Okky pursued her bachelor degree at law faculty in Hasanuddin University, Makassar on 2012.
